Andrés has a $50 minimum order requirement. 

A deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount is needed to confirm an order or the booking of an event.  

Upon receipt of the signed proposal and deposit Andrés Food With Soul event coordinator will contact your designated contact person to review and confirm the details of your event.

Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows:   

·    Notice over 30 days prior to event:         full refund of deposit

·   Notice 10 to 29 days prior to event:        50% refund of deposit

·   Notice less than 10 days prior to event:   no refund of deposit

All orders include the following where applicable:

·      All paper, plastic ware, condiments and napkins appropriate to

     the event.

·      All serving utensils for the event.

·      Set-Up of buffet items in one location.

·            Clean up of buffet area only (not applicable for drop off service) 

·             Pick up of all Andrés items on the next business day (if applicable)
